Customer Feedback:
Nice new building but no customer service on the back shift. Sitting outside waiting for an oil change with noone else in the queue. Jerk behind the desk instead of telling me what the situation was made me physically come to the building and then sent me to the lot to wait. At 2:30 in the freakin' morning...and not it's an hour later, still not in, and no sign of getting there. Sorry, I expect better from this company after being a faithful customer for the last 20 years.... POSTED 12-05-2019
