On Sunday December 15th 2019 Greenwood Fire & Rescue along with several other agencies worked an accident scene for over 5 hours just east of the 420 interchange. The Cubbys served as a staging point to pick up stranded passengers. They welcomed everyone with open arms and were good enough to also provide some food for several volunteers that had missed lunch.
