Parking: There are two Pilot truck stops at exit 129 south of the Scott County truck scale.
Alternate Route Information
Take exit 129 and turn left off the ramp. You’ll go .6 miles, past the Pilot truck stop on the west side of the freeway and continue past it to the dead end with the flashing red light at route 25. Turn right. You’ll be on route 25 for 7.7 miles. After 5.4 miles you’ll cross under I 75 (the overpass is very high) and continue on. You’ll pass the turn off for the land fill and continue to the junction of route 32. There is a sign there “to I 75.” You’ll make a left turn onto route 32 and go .3 miles to the right turn on the ramp for I 75 north. It’s a good two lane route.

This is not a good way around this weigh station because vehicle inforcement sits at the corner and pulls you over when you go under 75 I'm pulled over at the moment - Trucker Posted 10-16-2014
