On October 17th at 6:15 am our driver had the DOT inspection level 1 on Lyon County weight facility. The inspection indicated violations section 395.8E false report of drivers record of duty status: false log on 10/11/2018. Our record shows this driver was off duty on this day. We would like to dispute this violation. Please let us know how we can do the revocation appeal. I will be grateful for any directions with this case. Thank You in advance.
