Alternate Route Information
Take exit 53, marked TO 338. Turn left off the exit. There is a General Tire shop off to the south at this exit. Go 1.3 miles to a T intersection and turn right following route 388 east. Go 3.3 miles to the light at route 208 and turn right/east. Go 3.9 miles through Elk City to Shippenville to the stop sign at route 322 east. DO NOT follow 208 east at the light- continue straight on 322 east. Go 2 miles to route 66 south- a right turn before the light. There is a fuel stop on the left at the light and a closed down truck stop on the right. Go 3.5 miles back to the junction of I 80 and cross over the freeway going east. - EB
Alternate Route Information
Take exit 60 following route 66 north. Go 3.6 miles to the light at route 322 west- there is a fuel stop across the way at the light and a closed down truck stop on the left before the light. Take route 322 west 2 miles past the light at route 208 east to the left turn for route 208 west- there is no stop here but there is a sign that says TO 80. Go 3.9 miles to the light at 338 west- there is a sign that says TO 80. Go 3.3 miles to the left turn marked TO 80 which will take you back to 80 west- if you continue straight there it is marked with weight restrictions and 102 wide restrictions so don’t miss this turn. - WB
