Information
This weigh station is located at the Fulgum exit, exit number 272. If you exit at exit 272, you will have to cross the open scale. There is a sign on the roadway leading up to this scale that states All Trucks Enter When Flashing.
Alternate Route Information
Take exit 270, Belt Line Road and take Belt Line Road east (don’t cross the freeway). You’ll be on Belt Line Road for 8.7 miles- you’ll pass a concrete company, a salvage yard and a pallet yard along Belt Line Road. You’ll go through the stop sign at Kleberg Road and continue straight (a left turn on Kleberg Road will also take you to Highway 175). You will come to the light at the eastbound frontage road for Highway 175. Continue straight to the ramp for Highway 175 north/west to Dallas (away from Seagoville). In 1.6 miles you will be at the junction of I 20 and I 635. - NB
Alternate Route Information
When you are in the Dallas area, don’t route yourself down I 45. Instead, take I 20 or I 635 to the exit for Highway 175 east/south. You’ll take Highway 175 past the first exit (Kleburg Road) to the exit marked Belt Line Road. You’ll take the frontage road up to the light at Belt Line Road and turn right. You’ll be on Belt Line Road for 8.6 miles until you come back to I 45- go south on I 45. Belt Line Road is a good 4-lane and 2-lane roadway. You’ll pass a pallet yard, a salvage yard and a concrete company. - SB
