I'm a truck driver and was driving from TX to CO. I got a citation on 08/01/2019 11:47am because I pass this station, but the sign was covered and wasn't active or showing to pull in. Please was this station actively functioning at this date and time?, was the sign flashing for trucks to pull in? Because I couldn't see any signs or flashing light to pull in. And Police gave me a ticket after I cross the bridge. Please reply to my email with answers. I really need a help to fight this ticket. I don't think is right. Thanks a lot.POSTED 08-02-2019
