Great employees, a group of clean gentleman who knew what they were talking about and knew exactly what they were doing. Very courteous. One of the drivers actually bought me lunch after he loaded my car on the flatbed and we hit the road. Very safe driver. He insisted I wear my seat belt while in the truck with him. Rating comment: My company have had the worst experience with this company. One of my trucks ran in a little difficulty and needed the aid of towing. It was a small air leak so I called Lakeville Heavy Duty towing out of Hempstead turnpike out of New York for some assistance. They told me that the minimum cost was 3hours, at $150 per hour in which I agreed to pay. I was then told that they could not fix the air leak on the road they had to tow my truck to their shop, this would cost me additional $750.00 for my Tractor and $350.00 for my trailer, I also agreed. Again they called me saying they would have to winch my truck from where it was and they would not be responsible for any damages, they did not tell me about any additional cost. upon reaching their shop I asked that my driver sleep in the truck explaining that i did not want accumulate additional hotel fee. They say no they don't allow drivers to stay in the trucks. I then told them I would pay for all the service they had already done and the driver would stay in the truck until in the morning, they disagreed and insist on holding on to my truck,locking it in their facility and leaving my driver on the street with no where to sleep. All hotel within walking distance were full. They told me they would not be able to release my truck until 8am the next morning. The next morning I was ready to pay the $1550.00 they charge for their service they said no its $2850.00 and they did not do any repair. I called the police and they told me I can only pay the bill then take them to Civil court. So I had to pay them then call another service repair man for additional cost to make repairs. Therefore I would advise that you think twice before calling this company.
