At exit 103 take I 49 north to exit 19. Follow route 190 east into Baton Rouge to freeway 110 south back to I 10 east. This is a freeway routing and it is all very good running. - EB

In Baton Rouge at exit 155 take freeway 110 north to exit 5 for route 190 west and take this all the way to I 49 and go south to I 10 west. This is freeway routing and is very good running. - WB
