Alternate Route Information
You can take rte 238 west/north to rte 84/Niles Canyon Rd. east. I have never been this way. I would rather suggest getting over to 880 and taking that to 238 east to 580 east instead.
Premium Information
According to the 2006 trucker atlas, exit 16 is route 238. When you pass this you still have two more exits before the weigh station, both are marked as weight limited exits. Vargas Road is marked “no trucks over 5 tons” and Sheridan Road is marked “no trucks over 7 tons.”
