Rest Area, Northbound, Southbound, Restrooms, Picnic Table, No overnight parking, Feb 2019: Any past lack of enforcement of the No overnight parking rule was temporary. Tolerance has decreased state-wide in Oregon and enforcement has steadily been increasing. July 2018: RV. Official signs say Open 6:00am to 10:00pm. However, as there are no vacant Campground spaces along the coast, there is no enforcement against short term overnight stays. Clean, quiet, off the highway with beautiful view of the ocean. Approx 10 RVs, plus equal number of cars overnighted with us in this beautiful overlook.
