Rest Area, Northbound, Southbound, Restrooms, Picnic Table, Parking area for large vehicles is not separated from the car parking area. A railroad track adjacent to west end of parking lot adds to noise. Quietest parking location is actually at east end of lot nearest to parking entrance and restroom building.
