REST AREA

Rest Area, Eastbound, Restrooms, Picnic Table, Vending, Pets, Handicap, Potable water, Oct 2018: Parked overnight. Very busy in truck area but very quiet in car area. No need to ask permission. There is fresh (potable) water available (free) from a spigot in the wall of the rest areas main building. The spigot is on the west wall, next to a locked utility door, about 4 feet above ground level. A button next to the spigot must be pushed and held in for any water to flow. It is a very low flow spigot (about 1 gallon per minute). The spigot has no nozzle or spout, either threaded or smooth, to attach anything to. Water can only be captured in an open container held under the spigot. The spigot is not near the vehicle parking areas.
