LOVE'S TRAVEL STOP #658

I stopped here on the way through to Tulsa to grab some food and when i walked in the restaurant entrance the food smelled great but was disappointed very quickly. The chicken that they had in the glass case thing was very dark and looked almost shriveled up, there was very little in the glass to begin with and what was there you could tell had probably been there all morning. I asked the employee how long it had been there and they told me not that long i said to them that it looked very old and dried out and asked if they were able go cook any fresh and that i was willing to wait the employee was then very rude and said "Yes i can but im not going to there is nothing wrong with the chicken in the case and if you don't like the looks of it then you don't have to eat here" honestly i was in such shock by this i just turned around and left ive never been talked to or treated like this by someone in food service I would have gone to the manager but i was just speechless at that moment. I wish that i could remember the persons name i was just so set back by this but it was thursday 9-10-2020 around 1:30-2:00pm this is not how anyone should be treated i will never stop at another loves again and i will be sure to tell all my friends ans family about this experience as well.
