Im wheelchair bound, since age 12, been travelling for years now with my husband. We always look for a Loves travel to get gas, fiid, and bathroom breaks. Hoever this stop was very upsetting. Loves on hwy 65, ecit 158 in alabama was not a positive experience. Handicapped stall had no toilet paper, the only soap i could reach was empty, the ac ib there wasnt working (91 degrees outside), and all the boxes to get to the bathroom prevented a path for my chair. I hope someone reads these reviews and investigates the issues, as it would benefit your company to fix tge employee issue before you lose customers. Its 1:30 pm on May 31, 2019. Thanks!
