I had purchased a truck and was putting it through its paces by taking wife to Baptist Hospital at Wake. Once we were through there we were traveling to Hickory, through Statesville, when I experienced a tire blowout. Contacted the dealership where I bought the truck and they hooked me up with your business. On his way to us, Dalton called and said he would be there in 15 minutes, he was there in 10. He got us out of harms way of I-40 and although the plan was to take us to a NTB for repair/replacement, Dalton stated that if I had a full size spare, he would change it for us. He did so in approximately 15 minutes and we were ready to continue on our travels. Dalton refused to take money for the tire change, I had to force it on him.
