This place has the worst customer service ever!!!!! I have never heard of a place come to your location and taking a part from your truck and saying they need to order a part and then never returning or even calling to inform me what was going on. So I finally call them and they give me some lame excuse and send another person out to take out more parts on the 2nd of September. I call them a week later to see what was going on and they informed me the part was on order and to check back in a couple of days. I have been calling everyday several times a day and they refuse to answer or return my phone calls. To tell you the truth I'm considering pressing theft and vandalism charges! The worst experience I have ever had, I don't even want them to fix the truck I just want the parts back so I can get them myself and do the repair! Trucker Posted 09-23-2016
