I tried playing a lottery card via the machine behind the counter and Laurie said we are not allowed to process lottery behind the counter because u need to use the lottery machine on the sales floor...good idea but my lottery card would not process because it was for 50cent cash 5 so I had to get my tickets elsewhere. I think u need to review this policy.i shopped at exit 9 emporia va one...thank you POSTED 10-21-2018
