Robert went beyond the call of duty on a Saturday evening breakdown. He repaired the tractor as much as he could for the driver's comfort, (it could idle but not run). He searched for a repair part on Sunday until he found one, retrieved it from the nearest available parts 72 miles away, returned to the broken down truck and repaired the tractor. He was polite, communicated with us and never let the ball drop. He was also reasonable in pricing all the work, miles, trips, etc that he did. We will definitely use him again if we need his help.
