We contacted KAPS after losing an RV tire from our bumper tow along the freeway. With little help from our insurance, KAPS stated they didn’t accept our insurance company but would try to work something out especially since we had been sitting in the summer sun for 3 hours trying to figure out how to continue our remaining 8-hour drive home in order to be at work on time. While our insurance was unwilling to assists, KAPS came to our rescue anyways. Within 20 minutes, they were there to assist us and escorted us off of the busy freeway where we were able to get our RV repaired. The gentleman that came to our assistance was very caring and helpful. Although repair locations were closed, we got off of the freeway safely which may not have occurred without KAPS. We owe such a large amount of gratitude that we will never be able to thank them enough.
