We are delighted with the help we received with our small Airstream trailer from Hal Burns. Santa Fe, NM has been my home since 2007 but did not know this amazing facility existed until our Dometic refrigerator needed to be checked. It is close to where we live and where our trailer is stored. I explained the problem, and they said “bring it in”. Several of the crew, including the extremely helpful receptionist helped us find a spot to park where we could disconnect our trailer from the Jeep. When we saw a number of other vehicles there we assumed that they would not get to us right away. We were wrong. They started looking at the problem within 30 minutes!
