It is wildy outragous that the cost of a shower doubled.one of the employees was extremely rude also when i came up a dollar short and had to drive back 30 miles to retrieve my wallet for more money. Ive patronized this store for years,and i feel like im owed ONE more shower at the old price of 8$. Im being completely honest and not asking a lot if you feel my request is too outrageous for my inconvenience and rudeness endured i will step to the next level. I can't believe someone else wrote about the RIP OFF shower prices at the truck top. I spent over $100 bucks a month there for water that was always on the cold side, leaking faucets, dirty floors etc.. I walked in as usual with no warning they told me the price went from $8 to $15 because of district manager thought it was good idea? Join a gym! Only $50 per month. Fire the district manager! Go to Candler Truck Stop! They have lots of hot water and showers that work properly and cost less then the Naples store. The Fletcher store has nice employee's but they don't control the pricing. Simply bad management. Call the oil company that owns the Fletcher/Naples store and complain! Don't use these showers till the price is back to $8.00 which was still too much for what your getting. Great facility - better than shopping the big boys. All these folks complaining about the cost of a shower, I don't get it, it is still cheaper than a lot of places. You still pay $12 at both Pilot and Love's with the same leaky faucets and cold water. So what you need to leave a towel deposit just like in the past all across the country, if you don't plan to steal the towels, you get it back. Staff was great, and the whole place is coming along nicely. A lot more stuff and even TransFlo here now since I last passed through. They've been adding more food too, however, if you stay over night you have to wait until the restaurants open to get breakfast. Somehow I don't think a district manager has the pull to change prices in a large corporation like the one that owns this place.POSTED 07-21-2020

Tristan is an excellent employee, puts up with a lot. Given the type of ppl he has to deal with, in the wee hours he does excellent. Please give him kudos and much respect. Hopefully he is recognized for his positive and cool attitude. He’s a very valued employee. Thank you POSTED 08-26-2020
