Customer Feedback:
I felt that there seems to be "better customer" treatment towards a certain color of customers. I was not greeted when I came in while the person behind me was. On top of that, after I paid for my stuff, the clerk did not hand me the bag of goods that I paid for. Instead, she had it by her side. I had to reach for it. It was quite a disappointment while the gentleman behind me was handed his goods he bought. Is it because I'm a female with a different color of skin? I have my receipt with the clerk's name. I just hope that you orient your clerks to treat all customers equally no matter how they look. Thank you. Posted 07-24-2018
