TAYLOR'S STATE LINE TRUCK STOP

Customer Feedback:
Our company was charged for 2 separate pumps on January 11, 2021. My husband and I both have attempted to reach someone for help with the charge that we did not receive the fuel for since that day. No success. The folks who answer the phone at this location have no professionalism. They could care less because it does not come out of their pocket.
We have left messages for "Barbie" who is supposed to be the person in charge for a month now with no success.
We have spoke to the "manager Karina" who only acts like we are bothering her. She has not done anything to assist with their error.
Our company has been in business for 35 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and this is the appreciation.
I have instructed all drivers with our company that if this fuel will no longer be allowed to be used.
This is very unfortunate that they continue to operate the business with this behavior.
We have contacted the credit card company who "Barbie" blames the delay on and each week they still have been unable to successfully reach her to resolve this matter.
I have asked repeatedly to speak to the owner but of course that is refused because then the attendant would have to admit their error as well as "Barbie " being unhelpful with this matter.
I have left my contact information once again today and would love to speak with the person who's pocket this error actually effects.
The employees obviously have not lost a penny so they could care less about our company being out of the loss.
I am not holding my breath at this point but I can assure you that this business will loose thousands of dollars monthly because we will no longer do business with them.
I could maybe understand if I was from out of state but we are a local company and have used this business for many many years. POSTED 02-12-2021
