I had a otr driver getting loaded in Avon, MA he was very low on fuel. I googled fuel stations and Dean's pulled up, I called and spoke with a gentleman and asked if they sold highway diesel, he told me they do. I then asked him if they take EFS card for payment. He asked me what I meant and I explained it to him. He said ah yes we can. I stated I would send my driver there and asked him if I needed my driver to speak to anyone in particular? He said no the cashier would know how to run the card for payment. Well my driver arrived and guess what??? They do NOT and will NOT take EFS card or check. Thank you for running my driver our of route and causing a potential risk of him running out of fuel. :-0 VERY UNSATISIFIED!!!! POSTED 09-04-2018
