Customer Feedback:
I was at your car wash on Sunday 6/14/20. I paid $12 for a car wash. While waiting to enter the wash it shut down mid cycle on the vehicle in front of me. The service then read Out of Service. I left vehicle in place with my son. I entered the Notch to report the issue. I informed the attendant that the wash was not operating. His response was Yes it is. Reluctantly he checked his board and realized it was not operating. I informed I had purchased the wash and did not receive the service. He asked if I had a receipt, I did not request one at time of service. I asked he check the counsel for the purchase. He informed its a different system and he could not help me. He informed I could go through the other bay and pay again. I asked to speak with a manager. Informed not available. I ask to call the manager to resolve the issue on my paid services. He refused. I demanded to have a manager notified. He finally took my name and number and informed he would pass on to management. I informed I would wait in my vehicle for the call. No call came. While waiting I logged into my bank account and located the transaction had posted. I returned to the desk and produced the transaction as I was asked prior if had a receipt. I was then informed there was nothing to be done. I did not receive a call from management on Monday. I returned Tuesday late afternoon in hopes of speaking to management. I met the same cashier who again with attitude provided no assistance. I informed I had not been contacted by management and ask that he attempt to reach them so we could resolve the services paid for but not recurved. The answer was no. The I as informed my name and number was still at the register. I was then told he was to busy to talk with or help me anymore, which would have been a simple attempt to assist a customer by contacting the manager. He then told me to come back We’d at 10 am and possibly a manager would be around. The level of incompetence is shocking. This was a simple customer service issue in which the customer must now feel as though they have been stolen from. This was an issue with simple resolve that has lead to a customer who owned 5 vehicles typically gassed and washed at this facility over the years to now never return again. This customer will also share his experience with his community in the Granby,Southwick, Westfield friend and associates to not stop for services. There are plenty of other options. Very disappointed in the lack of quality and judgement of the attendant to resolve professionally. POSTED 06-16-2020
